New lawn performance depends on drainage, finish grading, growing soil and establishment watering. Sod or seed cannot correct an unstable, poorly drained or uneven base below it.
Growing soil
Soil depth, texture, compaction and final preparation support rooting and reduce low spots or uneven settlement.
Watering coverage
Irrigation or a reliable establishment plan must keep new sod or seed consistently moist during the critical rooting period.
Edges and access
Curbs, gardens, fences, slopes and machine access affect preparation, material delivery and how the lawn is finished.

Is sod or hydroseed better?
Sod gives an immediate finished surface. Hydroseed can be economical for larger areas but needs a longer establishment period. We can recommend the right fit for the site and schedule.
Do you replace damaged or uneven lawns?
Yes. We can remove the existing surface, correct localized grades and soil issues, then install a new lawn.
